NOTE: We share a Driving Range with Orem High. Range will be done at the Driving Range at Orem High located at 120 South Campus Drive (approximately).

IF you sign up for Range and do not show, or are unable to complete range for any reason, you will not be allowed to sign up for the next range session. Other students are waiting for range so you will be required to forego the next range opportunity and may then sign up after that.
In order to meet the requirements for your Drivers License, you must meet complete your driving hours with an instructor as well as observation hours. You will obtain these through both Range and Road driving. Your final Driving Test will be completed on the last day of your Road Driving.

- Completed the Class Portion
- Completed StreetSmarts
- Paid the $200 Range/Road Fee
- Have a current Learners Permit
- Sign up for range a minimum of 3 months before you want to get your license. This will ensure plenty of time for your Road Instructor to schedule and complete your road driving. There are only three road instructors and a lot of students...it takes time to schedule all of you
- Have a minimum of 20 hours of driving experience prior to taking Range. You will be in a car with other students, but no instructor. You will still be learning how to drive, but having 15 hours will help your experience be more beneficial
- Don't sign up for Range if you aren't ready, or almost ready, for Road. Your instructor will be contacting you within 8 weeks of completing Range and you will be expected to schedule your road driving times.
